You should not drink protein powder. There are literally so many researches that it is not good like it is like artificial thing you can incorporate more eggs and maybe moong to increase your protein and also if you don’t like if you’re not eating normal roti, then you can eat Bajre ki Roti, which is good in winters, and you can make it a mixed roti by adding Bajri little bit of wheat by adding Bajri and little bit of wheat and Soyabean and besan The quantity of wheat is really low, and you can mix some match all these flours and to whatever taste good for you, and you can eat it at least once a day some mix roti because I don’t think that’s all together skipping roti is good for someone living in India, but this is all my personal opinion experience. I’m not in dietician so, but I think this thing works best like I eat eggs and mix roti and you know all the vegetables try to eat what is seasonal because right now everything is available throughout the year, but you should eat what is like in that season. Hey Mridul! This is just a video suggestion. I hope you or your team reads and considers it. As someone with pcod diagnosed just a while back, I’ve seen countless reels about endometriosis and wondered if it was something I had or not. Endo isn’t talked about much in India. I don’t know how the tests here are done for it either. It would be a huge help if you could make a video about how you got diagnosed with it, what were the symptoms, how regular or irregular are your periods considering you have endo? There is a dog content creator from the US who also has endo. Her video was about 25 mins long years ago. She has to get the excess linings or something surgically removed every 3-4 years. Is that something you also need or someday would? I’m sure the disease is different from person to person, but it would be a really big help if you could make a video on this topic. I could always research. But you know google is a spiral hole I don’t want to go into. It scares anyone so much. Even AI can’t be trusted. I would rather hear from someone who actually has this condition. Btw, even with endo you just absolutely shine! ✨ you’re so strong. And I loved the long vlog! Excellent. 🎉

Congratulations for the launch Maddy 🎉💜 I have been following you since a very long time now. Ig since 2018 I have been watching your videos. I just want to mention one thing from last 3 yrs I have been buying your planner set all 3 books. And I have seen the quality is not good, book is torn into 2 halves. Then there are mistakes you had made sudoku pages last to last yr those has so many mistakes then last yr planner had wrong holiday dates or the dates were missing actually in the planner calendar I have pointed out these mistakes so many times on simba lifestyle insta page on posts actually but you have always deleted my comments. I am sure this will also be but just the thing I want to point out is if I am buying your costly planner set then please do justice to it all of my 2023, 2024 and 2025 planners are torn the golden edges on the book is rusted and not like I have mishandled the journal I keep it on my table yet the book got torn in April only it did not even lasted 6 months. All the best for your planner. Hopefully this year you wouln't have compromised with the quality of your planner. I am not hating you this comment is here only to show you that I love your products but these small things cannot be ignored. All the love to you. 🫶🏻🎉✨
