Bro it is only in kerala, i also face a problem similar to this case, I didn't get a proper service, but my cousin brought iPhone from Gujarat ( he is working there) when he approch the service center he got a proper solution with in time 😅

There is no proper iPhone service centre in Kerala, you are right. It’s better to buy an iPhone from authorised Apple stores in Mumbai or Pune. You can even take a flight, enjoy the trip, buy the iPhone from a trusted store, and then come back to Kerala. Since you are spending a big amount, it’s worth buying it from the right place.

I got refurberished in dubai mall istore.. i had gone to change my battery after 3 years of purchase. Because the health had reached 75. They managed to somehow damage the motherboard board. and the replaced phone with a refurbished one after 10 days... and the current one, the battery health has gone from 100 to 85 in just 6 months. I seriously doubt if it was a boosted battery in it, considering my usage pattern with charging always at around 20% and not charging above 85 % . I have shortcuts to notify.
